Thank you for shopping with Ascera. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns


You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition


With all tags still attached


Returned in its original packaging



Please note that items marked as final sale or intimates (such as bodysuits, underwear, or swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

 

International  Orders

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international purchases are final sale.

 

How to Start a Return


To initiate a return, please contact us at info@asceraclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@asceraclothing.com with photos and your order details so we can make it right.
