Order Processing & Production
All orders require a production time of 2–7 business days before shipping.
This allows us to carefully create, inspect, and prepare your items for delivery.
Please note that production times may vary slightly during high-demand periods such as holidays, special promotions, or giveaways.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you can expect delivery within:
3–5 business days (U.S. domestic orders)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Preorders
Preorder items are expected to ship within 1–2 weeks after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Delays
During holidays, major sales, or events like giveaways, processing and shipping times may experience delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes or GST depending on your country. These are not included in our prices.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@asceraclothing.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
