Subscription, Preorder & Payment Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, processing begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Certain products or services offered by Ascera may be available as subscriptions or preorder items. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscriptions

Subscription products are billed according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Payment information is securely stored and will be charged automatically for each renewal period unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled by the customer prior to renewal. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time using the link provided in their order confirmation email.

Preorders

Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock and are produced or fulfilled after the order is placed. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page and may vary depending on production timelines.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing and fulfillment timeframe.

Preorder cancellations may only be requested before production or fulfillment has begun. Once production has started or the order has been fulfilled, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Customers who initiate a payment dispute or chargeback before the stated preorder fulfillment window has ended acknowledge that the order is still within the agreed processing timeframe. Ascera reserves the right to provide preorder terms, timestamps, tracking details, customer communications, and store policies to the payment provider as evidence in response to disputed transactions.

Try Before You Buy

For eligible try before you buy items, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method before shipment. Customers will have the specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep or return the item.

If the item is not returned within the allowed timeframe, the authorized payment method may be charged for the full purchase amount.
